Refund policy

 

We want you to be happy with your purchase. Products ordered which are found to be unsuitable in any way can be returned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund minus a restocking fee. The restocking fee covers the fulfilment costs we incur when processing and shipping an order.

It is important that returned items are in ‘as new’ condition, so please take reasonable care of them. Unfortunately, we cannot cover any postage and packing costs for returns but we recommend you use an insured tracked delivery service. Statutory distance selling laws apply.

We will always try to resolve any issues to your satisfaction including wrong sizes or colours ordered, etc. If a product does not suit it can often be swapped for a more suitable one, and we can discuss your requirements in that case either before or after placing an order.

Note that we are unable to cancel, refund or exchange (unless faulty) any personalised products. This does not affect your statutory rights.

In the unlikely event of damaged or faulty goods, we will provide a replacement, credit or full refund. We must be notified of damaged or faulty products on receipt of the delivery. We cannot process any claims made after this time. To claim, you must email info@wynnchester.com together with your order number.

We may require faulty or damaged products to be returned to us, so please keep all the original packaging. In order to process the claim, a photograph of the damaged goods will be required.
