Delivery & Shipping

We ship worldwide from our base in the UK.

The shipping cost will be automatically calculated at checkout based on your order quantity and delivery location. Prices below are a guide price but may slightly differ at time of checkout due to currency exchange:

UK Economy: Free.
UK Express: £10 for up to four bedrolls.
USA: £60 per bedroll.
Denmark, Finland, Israel, Malta, Norway, Sweden, Turkey: £65 per bedroll.
Australia, Canada, Hong Kong, Japan, South Africa, NZ: £85 per bedroll.
Other Europe: £35 per bedroll.
ROW: Please contact us for bespoke pricing.

We aim to despatch same day for orders placed by midday UK time, Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays).

Delivery in the UK is usually Next Day. Overseas usually 3-5 days depending on location.

Please contact us for any delivery issues or special requirements, such as if you need the product by a certain date. We will do our utmost to meet any special deadlines such as travel or commercial projects.

Shipping is by reputable established courier companies or by Royal Mail for smaller items. Our preferred provider is TNT. Products shipped by courier will normally need to be signed for.

For orders shipped outside of the UK please note that you may be liable for customs duty or other import charges. Be aware that the courier company or your local postal service may charge you an administration fee in relation to this.

Please note that we cannot ship to PO Box addresses.

Returns Policies

We want you to be happy with your purchase. Products ordered which are found to be unsuitable in any way can be returned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund minus a restocking fee. The restocking fee covers the fulfilment costs we incur when processing and shipping an order.

It is important that returned items are in ‘as new’ condition, so please take reasonable care of them. Unfortunately, we cannot cover any postage and packing costs for returns but we recommend you use an insured tracked delivery service. Statutory distance selling laws apply.

We will always try to resolve any issues to your satisfaction including wrong sizes or colours ordered, etc. If a product does not suit it can often be swapped for a more suitable one, and we can discuss your requirements in that case either before or after placing an order.

Note that we are unable to cancel, refund or exchange (unless faulty) any personalised products. This does not affect your statutory rights.

In the unlikely event of damaged or faulty goods, we will provide a replacement, credit or full refund. We must be notified of damaged or faulty products on receipt of the delivery. We cannot process any claims made after this time. To claim, you must email [email protected] together with your order number.

We may require faulty or damaged products to be returned to us, so please keep all the original packaging. In order to process the claim, a photograph of the damaged goods will be required.

How to Return or Exchange Products

In the first instance, please contact us via [email protected] to arrange the return or exchange of your order. We will provide you with a returns form to include with your order.

Please always return your goods in their original and undamaged packaging.

We strongly recommend using an insured and recorded delivery service to the full value of the goods for the return of any items. Unfortunately, any costs incurred in the return of unwanted items or any unauthorised return cannot be recovered from Wynnchester Outdoors Ltd.
